UNSORTED is a collection of poems written in fragments, pauses, and moments that were never meant to be neat. It lives in the in-between — between who I was, who I am, and who I thought I would be by now.

These poems were written without an outline and without a timeline. Some were pulled from old journals. Others arrived suddenly, fully formed, and demanding to be written down before they disappeared. Together, they make up a record of becoming — imperfect, unfinished, and honest.

This book is not about having answers. It is about noticing. About naming the quiet shifts, the unspoken griefs, the soft realizations that happen when you finally stop trying to organize your life into something presentable.

Reviews

“Sydney…….. I am truly in awe at how you pour your heart out. This touches the part of my soul that I think no one would ever understand like THAT TYPE OF MOVING YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN?!?!”

— Mariah

“Okay I wasn’t ready for how much this hit me. I kept stopping like… wait, did you write this about me? It’s so honest and so specific in that way where it somehow becomes universal. I’m genuinely proud of you for putting this out.”

— Pierre

“I don’t say this lightly, but this book changed the way I understand myself. There were feelings and situations I’ve carried for years that I never had language for until I read your words. It felt like you reached into places I didn’t know how to explain and translated them for me. I’ll carry this book with me for a long time.”

— James
